DOING YOGA AND PRACTISING MEDITATION IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR OUR HEALTH BE IT MENTAL HEALTH OR PHYSICAL HEALTH. IN OUR LIFE WE HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEM , LEADING TO BEING OVERBURDENED DUE TO TASKS AND THUS, TO NO SURPRISE, STRESS PROBLEMS ARE INCREASING DAY BY DAY. TAKING SOME TIME TO BREATH IN AND BREATH OUT DO SOME YOGA AND TAKE SOME TIME OUT OF OUR BUY SCHEDULES FOR OURSELVES IS OBVIOUSLY VERY IMPORTANT AS WELL AS NECESSARY. YOGA HELPS OUR BODY KEEP FIT PHYSICALLY AND MEDITATION KEEPS OUR MENTAL HEALTH IN ORDER. LOTS OF PEOPLE START PANICKING OR HAVE ANXIETY/STRESS ISSUES WHICH WILL DEFINETLY BE OVERCOME WHEN YOU START BREATHING. TALKING OF THIS, IT REMINDS ME WHEN I USED TO START PANICKING THE MOMENT SOMETHING BAD OR ALARMING HAPPENS, I STARTED TO JUST BREATHE A BIT AND I STILL DO. I HAVE NOT MASTERED THE ART BUT NOW IT'S NOT LIKE I JUST JUMP STRAIGHT TO PANICKING. I STOP FOR A SECOND AND BREATHE AND TRY TO THINK THINGS OVER. THESE THINGS WILL NO DOUBT HELP US IN OUR DAILY LIFE AND SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED WAY MORE THAN IT IS CURRENTLY RIGHT NOW. SO TAKE THE LESSON FROM THIS- WHENEVER YOU START PANICKING OR START HAVING ANXIETY STOP FOR A SECOND AND THINK.
