Ever thought about how often we ignore our health until we fall sick?
Being healthy isn’t just about not having a fever — it’s about eating right, staying fit, sleeping well, and feeling happy inside-out. 🧠💪
As Class 10 students, here’s what we often do wrong:
•Skip breakfast 😟
•Sit for hours without moving 🪑
•Sleep late because of social media 😴
•Eat junk food like chips and cola 🍟🥤
But guess what? Your body is like your personal superhero — it fights germs, carries your brain to school, and helps you play cricket or dance! So, why not take care of it?
Start small:
•Drink water instead of cola
•Walk or stretch every hour
•Eat fruits, not just fries
•Sleep at least 7–8 hours
Because when your body feels good, your mind works better. Exams get easier, and even your mood stays bright!
So remember: “Take care of your body — it’s the only place you have to live in.”
