Dance is so much fun! You can move your body in many different ways. Sometimes you jump, sometimes you twirl. You can even wiggle your fingers and toes! Dance is like telling a story without using words. Your arms and legs can show how you feel. Are you happy? You can dance with big, bouncy steps! Are you sleepy? Maybe slow, gentle movements are best. There are so many kinds of dance. Some people dance ballet, like graceful princesses. Others like hip-hop, with cool, fast moves. You can dance alone or with friends. It's great exercise for your body. Dance makes your heart happy too! So, put on some music and just let yourself move!
