Beginning in early childhood, many of us were taught about the power of positivity, but perhaps, not necessarily in those terms. More than 90 years ago, the publication of the children’s book The Little Engine That Could1 gave us the famous line, “I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.” Every minute of every day, our minds are crowded with thoughts, some of which are negative and some positive.
