9 months in space would be otherworldly. I'd be isolated, but linked to the universe. Days would merge, with routines such as exercise, studies, and spacewalks. I'd stare at Earth in awe of its beauty. To deal with it, I'd keep a diary, practice mindfulness, and be in touch with loved ones via messages. I'd also make use of the extraordinary environment to carry out innovative research and inspire others regarding space exploration. The adventure would be life-defining, making us stronger individuals with a greater appreciation for our planet.
