Junk food may look tasty 😋 and colourful 

But it harms our body like slow poison.burger,pizzaand cold drinks are full of excess oil,sugar,and salt but have almost no vitamins,fiber,or protein.eating them regularly make us lazy,leads to obesity,weakness our immunity,and can cause serious problems like diabetes and heart disease even at a young age.we should eat fresh fruits,nuts and home cooked dal-roti,and milk that give us energy and keep us strong 💪🏻
