Rani Laxmi bai

Rani Laxmi ji was born on 19 November in 1828, Varanasi in Uttar pradesh. Her full name is Manikarnika Tambe. She is know have Queen of Jhansi. She married to Gangadhar Rao.She bravely led forces against the British in defense of Jhansi, a princely state in northern India. She was killed in combat while bravely fighting against the British in Gowalion, She used to wore naveri sari. Her bravery and determination made her a legendary figure in Indian history, She became a syombol of Indian resistance against the British East India Company. She was skilled horsewoman and warrior, and her leadership during the 1857 revolt made her a syomal of resistance against British rule. She died in 18 June 1858.
