This is a question we have been hearing over time. However, there is no one-size-fits-all solution to it. However, taking money as the only factor and compromising the nature of work, especially if it's something you had aspired to do, would be a mistake.

I believe it is a subjective matter. However, I have realized to always consider your passion and growth in your career, especially in the initial stages, while money may tempt us, it shouldn't overshadow our long-term aspirations and fulfillment.

Another thing I have learned is to stop being harsh on myself for every small mistake. It is a learning experience. If you took time or are confused about your decision, it's fine. You needed that time to understand and realize; don't be harsh.Every misstep is a learning opportunity, and it's okay to take time to make decisions and navigate through confusion. Understanding and self-realization often require patience and reflection.
